Consulting
Change that works in the real world
Structured change management that helps organizations introduce new systems, processes, and structures — and make them stick with the people that have to use them every day.
Change doesn’t happen in a vacuum
Most projects are well-planned on the technical side. The harder part is the human side: helping people understand why the change is happening, building the skills to work differently, and sustaining the momentum once the team moves on. That’s the work I do.
I’m a Prosci-certified change practitioner and a certified facilitator of the three-day Prosci Practitioner program. I bring a research-based methodology to each project combined with a practical understanding of how people respond to pressure, uncertainty, and change.
How I can help
Change management for your initiative
I work alongside your project team to assess the impact of the change (what is happening to whom and how). I develop practical plans for affected groups, establish meaningful measures of adoption, and track progress so you can see where people are moving forward, where they’re getting stuck, and what needs attention.
Coaching for change practitioners
I work alongside change practitioners to build confidence and capability in applying their training to live projects. I help them work through the practical challenges of the role, strengthen their judgment and skills, and turn change management methodology into effective practice — so they can move beyond knowing the methodology to applying it effectively and making a real difference on your projects.
What working together looks like
We start with a conversation about your change, your people, and what you need to see six months after go-live for the change to be successful. From there, I tailor the scope to what will make the greatest difference — whether you need full project support or focused help at a critical stage.
